Journeyman Mechanical/Plumber Manhattan, KS 66502 $20.00 - $37.24 an hour - Full-time $20.00 - $37.24 an hour - Full-time D & I Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. We are a family-owned and operated company that has been providing superior plumbing and HVAC services to the residents and business owners of Manhattan since 1999. The work week is Monday - Friday and you will be on-call in an eight-day emergency only rotation. A compensation bonus per each after hours call will be awarded weekly. We generally do residential service so going to rod a sewer at a bar at 1:00 A.M. will not be added to your resume.

YOUWe need you to be able to install and or repair and maintain our customers' HVAC systems and/or plumbing systems. This position offered would be one that requires expertise in either HVAC or plumbing and knowledge of the other. Skills required for the position would involve having a specialty qualification in mainly HVAC installs or HVAC service repairs or Plumbing maintenance, repairs and replacements of water heaters, fixtures, pipes, drains, or assisting in new rough-in plumbing and pipe laying. We would prefer that if you were specialized in one area that you have at least some experience in the other areas as well. Additional training will be offered to extend your knowledge in all areas…so be ready to learn it all! HVAC orPLUMBING TECHNICIAN
Journeyman Mechanical OR Journeyman Plumber OR you must have 5+ years' experience with the willingness to get licensed OR continue your education with Continuing Education Classes to further your knowledge in the field. A valid driver's license with no major violations. Customer service skills - technicians are not salesmen, but you must have the drive and ability to represent the company in a professional manor.
