Onsite Clariant is seeking a talented Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at our West Plant facility in Louisville, KY. You will utilize a diverse range of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively alongside production operators, maintenance personnel, electricians, instrumentation technicians, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to support continuous plant operations and drive operational excellence. The position follows a Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm schedule (schedule subject to change).Clariant offers competitive hourly pay aligned with experience, 5% quartlery bonus, paid time off, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after four months! Technicians with relevant industrial and electrical maintenance experience are encouraged to apply!
