In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of small to medium size industrial equipment. Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reliability across our fleet and equipment assets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier mechanical service to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, fluid checks to prevent equipment failures. Fabricate custom parts or modifications using welding, soldering, hand tools, and power tools to meet specific operational needs. Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Operate machinery safely during troubleshooting or repair processes while adhering to safety protocols. Interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues with industrial equipment or vehicle systems. Lead the assembly and disassembly of complex machinery and equipment components. Provide exceptional service by communicating repair status clearly and offering maintenance advice to our team members. Skills Extensive experience with medium sized industrial equipment and diagnostics. Proficiency in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; capable of using power tools effectively. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, and repair standards. Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, and diesel engine repairs. Mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience; capable of performing service technician duties efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with heavy lifting capabilities for handling large components safely. Customer service-oriented mindset with clear communication skills for working with clients or team members effectively.
