Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical equipment consistent with engineering drawings Layout/mount electrical panel components and devices Drill and prep stainless-steel enclosure per engineering drawings Perform QC check from list provided and document results Use computer software to perform manufacturing related MRP transactions, including charging parts and labor to specific shop orders
Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings Must be fluent in both written and spoken English Must have basic math skills and have the ability to accurately read/use a tape measure Must be able to successfully interface with a computer to access manufacturing shop floor control system Must be able to identify and operated basic hand tools and small power tools Must be willing to cross-train in other work centers as needed Must have a passion for doing a job well Able to work overtime; some limited travel may be required Must be a "self-managed" team player Must be able to perform essential job requirements, as identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in some trade - mechanic, electrical, fabrication work, carpentry, machine tools, etc. EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
