Various shifts available #SHLA Job Description Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Shop Hands for multiple industrial, fabrication, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities throughout the Shreveport and Bossier area. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with tools, assisting skilled trades personnel, and supporting daily shop operations. These positions are ideal for candidates with general labor, warehouse, mechanical, or construction experience who are looking to gain hands-on industrial experience and grow their skillset. Responsibilities Assist with daily shop and warehouse operations Load and unload materials and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools Clean and organize work areas and shop equipment Assist welders, machinists, fabricators, mechanics, or machine operators Move materials throughout the facility Perform basic maintenance and shop support duties Follow company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Previous shop, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working in industrial or outdoor environments Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Forklift experience is a plus for some positions Benefits Evaluation Hire opportunities with long-term potential Temporary and short-term assignments available Weekly pay Full Benefits Package available Opportunities with a variety of local industrial and manufacturing employers
