Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that products meet strict quality standards by performing thorough inspections utilizing precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Perform visual inspections to identify surface defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in accordance with established quality standards. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for traceability and reporting purposes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection data, participating in quality meetings, and updating quality procedures as needed. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment performing quality control or inspection duties. Hands-on experience operating precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis of measurement data and identify deviations from specifications. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills necessary for effective quality assurance. Ability to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
