Job Title:
Electro-Mechanical Technician Job Summary DCW Industrial Service is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our field service team. We specialize in the on-site repair, restoration, and maintenance of press brakes, shears, and other industrial equipment at client facilities across the country. This position is a strong fit for someone who is self-motivated, mechanically skilled, solution-focused, and comfortable working directly with customers in industrial and manufacturing environments. Qualified candidates should have experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs. We are willing to provide additional training for our specific equipment, processes, and service standards. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in industrial equipment repair, press brakes, shears, hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and field service work. Responsibilities & Skills:
Work in client facilities across the US Relate with clients in a professional manner Preventative maintenance routine Monthly equipment inspections Troubleshooting Project planning Parts sourcing and ordering Hydraulic repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting Interpret hydraulic schematics Create hydraulic schematic from existing system Electrical repairs, including controls and electrical panels Interpret electrical schematics Create electrical schematic from existing system Mechanical parts repairs and reverse engineering Replacement part installation Advise clients on best forming and shearing practices Completing written service reports Complete work orders and send to accounting
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check Valid Class C driver's license Ability to pass a DOT physical examination for a medical card Self-motivated and dependable Strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel locally and across the United States Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs preferred Prior field service or industrial equipment repair experience preferred
