•Industrial Maintenance Support Staff LG Energy Solution Battery Plant•Holland, Michigan
KWANG IL USA, INC.
is a leading industrial environmental systems and maintenance company supporting advanced manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. Our services include dust collection systems, air handling systems, industrial ventilation, and maintenance support for large-scale manufacturing operations. We are currently seeking motivated full-time Industrial Maintenance Support Staff to join our team at the LG Energy Solution battery manufacturing facility in Holland, Michigan. No prior experience with dust collection systems is required. Training will be provided by experienced onsite supervisors. Responsibilities Support the operation and maintenance of industrial dust collection and air handling systems Replace collection bags, filters, and other consumable components Refill powder materials when equipment alarms indicate replenishment is required Perform routine inspections of industrial equipment and report abnormalities Assist with preventive maintenance activities, including belt replacement and basic mechanical repairs Support scheduled shutdown maintenance and equipment cleaning projects Maintain a safe work environment while following company safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience is a plus Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and perform physical work Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety Must be authorized to work in the United States Training will be provided Available Fixed Shifts 1st
