Industrial Cleaning Technician Blue Water Area Pay Rate:

Shift:

Primarily Sunday-Thursday Nights, with weekend work as needed Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Industrial Cleaning Technician to join a growing team in the Blue Water Area. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized industrial paint shop environment while supporting production operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Work with fellow cleaning technicians to complete assigned tasks efficiently and achieve high customer satisfaction Perform industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scraping, wiping surfaces, power washing, changing filters, and replacing grates Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe, high-quality service Communicate progress and completed work with team leaders and supervisors Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area following 5S standards Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by production needs Preferred (but not required) Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience performing industrial cleaning or maintenance tasks Familiarity with 5S or workplace organization practices Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-hour shift or longer Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in an industrial paint shop environment Ability to tolerate exposure to paint and solvent odors Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
