Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of day to day activities in performing repetitive workstation or line-assembly operations to produce components, or assemble components into a completed product, with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise will contribute to the production of complex machinery and equipment, supporting our commitment to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills and hands-on experience will be valued and developed. Responsibilities Capability to read and understand engineering assembly documents. Knowledge in mechanical drawings, markup (redline). Proficient in mathematics. Problem solving skills and decision-making ability. Dependable to be punctual, meticulous, and reliable. Courteous manners with fellow employees and customers. Possess excellent welding & machining skills. Ability to operate hand & power tools safely. Ability to safely operate drill press; cut off saw, lathe & mill. Experience in drilling & tapping, general assembly of equipment; mounting brackets. Ability to travel and perform customer service calls. Competency in reading pneumatic schematics, Troubleshooting sensors and wiring. Skills Pneumatic schematics (3 years) Sensor Troubleshooting (3 years) Air powered cylinders and actuators (4 years) Assembly Machines for Automotive (3 years) Ultrasonic welding and punch machines (5 years preferred) Qualifications Organizational skills Ability to read and analyze Information Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines Excellent time management skills Process improvement mindset Knowledge of inventory control Ability to lift heavy materials Minimum 3 years in related role Join us as a Mechanical Assembly Technician if you thrive on hands-on work that demands precision, technical skill, and a proactive approach! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
