Duties and Responsibilities Main areas of responsibilities are: Achievement of timing, quality and cost targets Assure the use of company standards (product, processes, norms) Support in development of the risk analysis activity for tooling, robotic cells and automated systems, in order to assure, the compliance to all the safety norms. Support risk assessments (e.g. PFMEA, MFMEA, Ergonomic Analysis, Hazard Assessments) for new and modified tooling Participate in development of throughput analysis DES models Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as

OSHA, ANSI, ISO 12100, ISO

13849 and local regulations. Support Safety Analysis during all project phases, participate in tooling design reviews giving continuous feedbacks to the Project Team Validate guarding, interlocks, lockout points, pinch-point protection, emergency stop etc. On site checks. In order to verify the correct line installation and commissioning vs the safety requirements Verifies the contents of the technical file and develops the CE document certification. Investigate tooling-related incidents, near-misses, and failures. Assist in corrective actions and develop long-term safety improvements. Deliver training to operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers on proper tooling use.

Requirements:

Qualifications Education :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field. Reading comprehension of technical documents Previous experiences Minimum three years of work experience in automotive development (Hardware or Software), industrial, manufacturing or industrial safety engineering Languages English intermediate 2nd language is recommended Knowledge & Skills Safety and risk assessment analysis Safety functional performance level calculation Safety standards and norms Probability and Statistical Analysis General-purpose IT tools Technical reports creation Functional safety management according
