Maintenance Mechanic Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall equipment reliability. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a production environmentstrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment preferredAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelystrong understanding of preventative maintenance practices salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 3:30
