Job Title:

Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production and support equipment experiencing electrical or mechanical problems. Perform electrical/mechanical component replacement, ensuring compliance with work order instructions. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as directed. Resolve electrical/mechanical emergency breakdowns on equipment to minimize downtime. Carry out electrical/mechanical installations as directed. Maintain adequate records of work performed on equipment and corrective actions taken. Set good examples for co-workers through excellent work habits. Ensure compliance with facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures. Support and participate in efforts for LEAN, 5's, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement programs. Strive to understand customer requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations. Stop any process that does not meet food safety or customer quality requirements. Essential Skills Electrical and mechanical skills. Troubleshooting and repair expertise. Preventive maintenance proficiency. Ability to work safely and promote safety awareness. Experience with hand tools and schematics. High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years previous experience servicing manufacturing equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associates degree, technical degree, or similar educational experience preferred but not required. Previous experience with Bobst, KBA, or other paperboard manufacturing industry equipment is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a food-grade printing, packaging, and production-based company. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
