Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at a plant
- Determining problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions for those problems
- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes
- Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
- Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports. Must Have

- Digital manufacturing tools (Veeva, BadBoih, SAP, Qview, Augury).
