Do Build & Create:

Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies using hand tools, machines, hoists, or forklifts.

Technical Interpretation:

Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials.

Precision Work:

Position parts using templates and measurements, ensuring correct fit and fastening.

Collaboration:

Work directly with production, engineering, and service personnel to meet customer deadlines.

Quality & Maintenance:

Conduct quality control checks and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operational. What You Bring to the

Table Experience:

3 years experience in metal fabrication, with CNC experience required.

Technical Skills:

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatics is preferred.

Physical Readiness:

Capability to stand, kneel, and climb frequently, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Availability:

Maintenance & Inventory:

Complete preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; track inventory levels and verify receipt of supplies.

Problem Solving:

Resolve assembly issues by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors if additional resources are needed.
