In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems across various commercial and industrial projects. We request applicants have experience in sheet metal installation, equipment setting, and are able to run both small and large heavy equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your technical skills and expand your professional growth. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related equipment on construction sites and in existing facilities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute project requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Perform construction plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, pipe installation, and system testing to ensure proper flow and safety standards. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to support installation or remodeling projects. Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. Skills Extensive experience with construction site work, including plumbing, HVAC systems, welding, and general mechanical assembly. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate installation and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading operations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, quantities, and system specifications. Familiarity with carpentry skills useful for remodeling or structural support tasks. Experience with field service operations involving maintenance or repairs in commercial or industrial settings.
