Shop Mechanic Typical Duties Include And Are Not Limited To:

Safety Promote and enforce safety first and foremost. Look for potential safety issues on the project. Project Execution and Paperwork Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. Recognize the need for assistance and ask for it. Look for ways to be more efficient and profitable. Maintain a high level of professional ethics and demand the same of all employees. Quality And Production Immediately address any and all quality or production issues. Inspect work in progress to ensure consistence in workmanship and specifications.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent communication, organization, motivation, and leadership skills. Must have valid drivers license and meet all Crowder standards for Driver Authorization.
