Precision Electro-Mechanical Precision Technician The Precision Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical components and products according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Building, assembling of large CNC machinery and systems . This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. The Precision Electro-Mechanical Technician works closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect and test assembled components to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, or issues in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.
- Document assembly procedures and maintain accurate production records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical assembly or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Approximately 25% of time
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Frequent standing, bending, and working with hands for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
