Newton, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $32.14 - 45.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Lead capacity additions through the installation, debugging, and alignment of multi-line manufacturing equipment.
Design and implement robust mechanical solutions to solve technical problems and optimize manufacturing processes.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex mechanical systems like hydraulics and conveyors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, scope, and cost metrics.
Maintain safety standards, update technical documentation, and train operations personnel on new equipment changes.
