job summary: We are looking for a Mechanical Program Lead in Newton, NC. Join Our Client, a pioneer with a 175-year legacy of life-changing innovations! You need an Associates degree, 3+ years of equipment installation experience, and expertise in mechanical systems.
Design and implement robust mechanical solutions to solve technical problems and optimize manufacturing processes.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex mechanical systems like hydraulics and conveyors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, scope, and cost metrics.
Maintain safety standards, update technical documentation, and train operations personnel on new equipment changes.
