Do you enjoy turning a blueprint into a finished, high-quality assembly? Do you take pride in careful, hands-on work and solving problems with a team? If so, this role was designed for you. What you'll do Transform specifications and blueprints into complete mechanical assemblies. Perform quality checks at each step to ensure standards are met. Use hand and power tools confidently and safely. Work with teammates to streamline steps and increase efficiency. Keep your station clean, organized, and safe. Record assembly activities and alert your supervisor to any issues. Take part in training sessions to broaden your assembly techniques. What you bring to the bench High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus). Previous mechanical assembly or related experience preferred. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Tool proficiency with both hand and power tools. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. Openness to learning new processes and technologies.
