Position:

We are currently looking for an experienced industrial machine installer and operator with experience and hands-on skills in installation, operating, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment including but not limited to chemical, beverage, food, nutrition and pharmaceutical machinery and equipment and in addition, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting fixtures and wiring, forklift trucks, pallet wrapping machines and production equipment such as liquid processing tanks, crystalizing tanks, centrifuges, dryers, grinding machines, (pin mill, air jet mill, rotating cage mill, de-lumper, etc.) for food and pharmaceutical grade materials, and packaging (form/fill/seal) and paper bag and box printing machines. This candidate will also be competent in other tasks such as cutting, welding, and electrical wiring and control boxes, carpentry and woodwork, installing metal studs and sheet rock walls, (creating compartmentalized spaces and separate rooms for laboratory and production when necessary).

Responsibilities:

l Safety Compliance with OSHA, Health and other relevant regulations l Install/uninstall machinery and equipment. l Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment. l Preventative and preventive maintenance on machinery. l Communicate with operators of machinery to verify smooth operations. l Maintain machinery for proper use. l Perform electrical work in office when needed (lighting, wiring, etc.). l Work with employees to understand any problems or concerns with machinery/computer hardware. l Determine problematic issues and solve within a timely manner. l Conduct basic carpentry within office space, such as creating and cutting of walls, installation of windows, and installing light fixtures. l Perform welding duties with wires and such materials. l Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

l Vocational Degree with Mechanical Experience, or Mechanical School. l 5 years of experience with mechanics. l Ability to lift 25 Kilograms (55 lbs) and 50 kilograms (110 lbs) if needed. l Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment l Basic carpentry skills that include welding, cutting, and electrical work. l Able to multi-task. l Subordination and good listening skills l Neat and organized l Great work ethics l Strong attention to detail. l Perform multiple tasks in a timely manner. l Operate machinery to fulfill task requirements. l Other matters given by management.
