Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Mechanical Installation Field Supervisor to lead our installation teams in executing complex mechanical systems for parking projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee on-site operations, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver high-quality installations that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, industrial maintenance experience, and excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and drive project success. Duties Supervise and lead field crews on installation and maintenance projects Coordinate daily job site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment Lead mechanical assembly using schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installation of components such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and structural elements Serve as the primary on-site contact for project updates and issue resolutions Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to verify adherence to engineering standards and client requirements Train and mentor field technicians on proper installation procedures, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety incidents, and inspection reports using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine safety checks Experience Proven industrial mechanic experience within manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, welding ( welding preferred), electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), schematics interpretation, and precision measurement tools Demonstrated ability to lead field service teams in complex projects involving mechanical assembly and installation Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, and analysis skills for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues Experience working in industrial settings with exposure to CMMS systems for maintenance tracking Prior leadership experience or supervisory experience performed Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams OSHA Site Safety Training preferred Join us at
