PrideNow, the light industrial staffing division of Pride Global, is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. We are seeking experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanics to support production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and perform preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues Repair and replace defective machine parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and precision measuring instruments Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, engineering drawings, and technical manuals Inspect equipment and determine dimensional changes using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices Adjust and align functional machine components and control systems Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and welding tools Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work orders and maintenance activities Support equipment installations, repairs, and production line improvements Communicate equipment issues and repair solutions effectively with operations and maintenance teams Participate in training and mentoring line mechanics and apprentices when needed Maintain a safe and clean working environment while following all safety procedures and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Journeyman Card preferred OR equivalent degree/certification with 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Candidates with 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience will also be considered Strong experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems repair Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment Experience reading blueprints and performing equipment installations Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and machine shop equipment Experience using CMMS or computerized maintenance systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to pass required medical examination

Physical & Work Environment:
