Job Description
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer to provide dependable, knowledgeable temp to hire Maintenance Mechanic associates in Wayne, NJ We pay weekly! Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Job Summary Monday-Thursday 4:10pm-2:40am $36.00 6 years of experience of repairing/maintaining manufacture equipment Experience with presses and mills Experience with machinery and electrical requirements Comprehension of single and 3 phase power requirements Knowledge of PLCS Diagnose and repair mechanical problems Inspect A/C motors, gearboxes, presses, resistance welders, and other roll forming equipment Support changeover process for welders, mills, secondary punch machine and press Preform preventative maintenance Replace worn parts and fluids as needed Test and adjust components to ensure proper operation Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance Identify critical spares and consumable parts that need to be purchased Understand Human Machine Interface (HMI) to assist and help with troubleshooting Ability to operator forklifts (propane) Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Commitment to safety and adhere to all safety rules Steel toe footwear Ability to lift 50 lbs Must be able to keep good attendance Why PROMAN Staffing?
