11:00pm - 7:00am Pay Rates 27.00 - 30.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Line Production Mechanic Explain your production line changeover process, including tooling inspection and storage, while ensuring minimal downtime. Describe diagnosing and repairing an urgent electrical or mechanical machinery breakdown safely and quickly under pressure. How do you use checklists for preventive maintenance on components, lubrication, and safety hazards? Explain how you would train a junior mechanic. Desirable requirements for Line Production Mechanic This position requires working with air compressors, vacuum pumps, and performing welding/part fabrication. What is your comfort level and experience with these specific tools and equipment? Are you comfortable with a role that requires high visual attention and potential Saturday overtime? Bilingual skills are preferred. Role tasks for Line Production Mechanic Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Execute equipment changeovers and assist in the installation of new machinery. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Supervise and train junior mechanics on troubleshooting and repair procedures. Ensure a safe work environment by inspecting production lines and reporting safety hazards immediately.
