Sparks, NV (In-person) Job Description Teltek, USA is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Assembler to join our small, tight-knit production team in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for building and testing high-quality automotive gauges and cable assemblies.

If you enjoy steady, hands-on work that requires a high degree of precision, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent fine motor skills, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Ability to perform high-volume, repetitive assembly: Work will involve manual twisting, snapping parts together, threading, or working with tight tolerances (like bezels and lenses) Maintain a steady rhythm and focus on meeting daily production goals. Quality Control on
Visual Components:
Attention to detail-will be handling lenses & bezels without scratching, removing dust particles, aligning led displays Dexterity and Tool Competency- experience with hand tools, power tools, or specific mentions of working with small, intricate components Collaborate closely with a small team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with the right aptitude! Thrive in fast-paced production or packaging environments where rhythm, endurance, and consistency are key. Prior experience with through-hole soldering on circuit boards is a plus Manual Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small, delicate parts. Ability to maintain concentration and physical endurance during repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift (sitting or standing). Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a commitment to long-term growth with our team. Must be able to reliably commute or be fully relocated to the job location prior to starting date.
