REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at minimum 3 years of experience with mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting
• Must have strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
• PLC knowledge and experience is a plus
• Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with production equipment, including heat presses of various sizes, injection molding machines, paint booths, forklifts, conveyors, slitters, etc.
• Must have strong working knowledge of production equipment and tools/methods for installing, maintaining and repairing
• Blueprint and schematic reading is required

JOB DUTIES

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all production equipment within the plant
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition through preventative maintenance schedules to keep all machines online
• Install new equipment as needed
• Work with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Utilize tools as needed and be able t program/set-up equipment as needed
