Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the smooth operation of coffee machines in offices throughout New York City. Initially, you will work alongside a lead technician, receiving comprehensive training for the first two weeks in Garden City, NY. Post-training, you will be equipped with a Metro card for convenient travel across NYC. Responsibilities Assist in the repair and maintenance of coffee machines in office environments. Work collaboratively with a lead technician to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly using hand and power tools. Maintain effective communication with office staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work complies with industry standards. Essential Skills Experience in plumbing and electrical systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical assembly. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong customer-facing skills and service orientation. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and write in English.
