Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30

Full-time | Temp-to-Hire About the Role Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Assembler - Crating & Packaging professional for a growing company in Poestenkill, NY . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong construction or mechanical background , experience working with hand tools, and the ability to interpret assembly drawings. The position is temporary to start , with the potential to transition into a permanent role for those who demonstrate reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Build shipping crates and custom packaging for large-scale equipment + Read and follow assembly drawings and work order instructions + Assist with assembly work and support the engineering and production teams + Work with the Service Engineering department to troubleshoot and commission machine issues + Use a variety of specialized hand tools safely and efficiently + Ensure crating meets all quality and safety standards + Follow written instructions and safety guidelines in

English Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction, production, or mechanical assembly + High school diploma or GED required + Military experience a plus + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions + Comfortable using a range of hand tools and working in a physical, active role + Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
