  • Full-time Job Summary Are you an experienced automotive or diesel mechanic who loves diagnostics but is ready to step away from the heavy wrenching?
We are looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our manufacturing team as a Technical Support Specialist and Technician Assistant. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our customers, handling product returns, troubleshooting issues over the phone, and performing electrical repairs and soldering work. You will also work closely with our lead electrical technician, assisting with product development and learning to support our advanced diagnostic systems. We will train you on our products prior to handling customer calls and requests. We value diagnostic expertise above all else. Compensation is based on experience, with a starting rate of $20 per hour for entry-level candidates, and up to $35 per hour for mechanics with five or more years of experience and strong electrical skills.
