Shop Helper

Job Description:

Complete multiple tasks pertaining to the building of industrial fans for various industries including power station, mining, wind tunnel, industry, MVR fans, tunnel & metro Prep, clean, and paint parts prior to assembling fans Grind and cut parts before performing quality checks Will perform some smaller assemblies on occasion once trained Utilize overhead crane to move parts and place them in correct location Assist with unloading of truck shipments Working with all hand and power tools to assemble machinery Maintain a safe and organized work environment Top Skills Details Assembler, Grind, Repair, Crane,Production,General labor,Grinding,Mechanical aptitude,Power tool,Mechanically inclined,General production Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing setting Must be able to read a tape measure Candidates must have some level of mechanical aptitude (have worked with hand and power tools whether in previous roles or as a hobby) Must be able to lift over 50lbs throughout the shift Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
