Temp-to-Hire Position Overview The Assembly Technician (Experienced Only) is responsible for performing mechanical assembly in a shop environment while supporting field assignments as needed. This Assembly Technician (Experienced Only) role requires prior experience, strong attention to quality, and the ability to mobilize quickly for field work. The ideal Assembly Technician (Experienced Only) is dependable, safety-focused, and adaptable to both shop and field environments. Required Experience & Skills Prior experience in mechanical or industrial assembly (required) Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings Willingness and ability to travel on short notice (within 24 hours) Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance Ability to work in both shop and field environments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to pass random drug testing (safety-sensitive role) Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform mechanical and component assembly per specifications Assemble parts and equipment with accuracy and quality focus Support field assignments and deployments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Ensure compliance with customer and jobsite requirements Work Environment Shop/manufacturing environment Field job sites with varying conditions and travel requirements Exposure to industrial equipment and active jobsite environments Job
