Protect the Uptime. Imagine a crane down with a hydraulic leak, a semi due for a front-end alignment, and a manlift throwing an electrical fault—all before lunch. You triage, diagnose, and get each machine safely back to work. If that challenge sounds energizing, you'll excel here. Schedule Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime May Be Required Compensation $22 - $26 per hour (DOE) Your Mission Find root causes and repair heavy equipment, semi-trucks, cranes, forklifts, manlifts, and allied industrial vehicles Keep the fleet reliable through preventive maintenance and detailed inspections Remove, disassemble, repair, and reinstall engines, transmissions, differentials, pumps, and hydraulic systems Replace or repair bearings, valves, gears, starters, and brake components Diagnose electrical/ignition problems and validate with diagnostic scanners Perform brake service, suspension repairs, and front-end alignments Champion a clean, safe shop and follow all PPE and safety procedures What It Takes Hands-on mechanical experience with heavy equipment, semis, cranes, or industrial fleets Fluency in diesel, hydraulic, and mechanical system troubleshooting and repair Competence with diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and service literature Ability to read and apply repair manuals and technical documents Strong problem solver with sharp attention to detail Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physically demanding conditions High School Diploma or GED preferred Bonus Qualifications OSHA-10 Brake Certification Forklift Certification AC Certification Strong background in crane or heavy equipment repair (preferred) Where You're Strong Heavy equipment service and overhaul Mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting Planned maintenance and corrective repair Diesel and heavy equipment drivetrain systems Hydraulic systems and component-level service Equipment scanners, meters, and diagnostic workflows Cranes and lifting equipment systems Aerial/manlift and utility equipment systems Comprehensive equipment maintenance execution
