Monday- Thursday 3:30p-2:00a

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assembling and installing tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and align tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units per engineering specifications and work instructions. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to ensure accuracy. Measure, align, and secure components to exact tolerances using appropriate tools. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish prior to final inspection. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work area. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Ability to operate forklifts and/or overhead cranes (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Prior experience installing or assembling heat exchangers, condensers, or similar industrial equipment. Welding or fabrication experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in various positions for extended periods. Work in manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
