Join our dynamic team as a Hydraulic Technician and become a vital contributor to the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of industrial hydraulic systems. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot complex hydraulic equipment, interpret detailed schematics and blueprints, and utilize advanced tools to ensure optimal performance of machinery. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems using detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Assemble, install, and fabricate hydraulic components and assemblies with precision hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) instructions to troubleshoot issues effectively. Perform machining tasks using calipers, micrometers, CNC machines, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet strict specifications. Conduct welding and fabrication work to modify or create hydraulic parts as needed for manufacturing processes. Maintain safety standards by inspecting industrial equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols during all operations. Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely to transport materials or assembled parts within the facility. Experience Proven experience working with industrial hydraulic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly, fabrication, machining, welding, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, electrical diagrams, CNC programming, PLCs, and industrial equipment diagnostics. Skilled in using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly and maintenance tasks. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex repairs or fabrication projects. Experience operating forklifts or similar industrial vehicles is preferred but not mandatory. Join us in delivering excellence through innovative hydraulic solutions! $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
