Hands-On Industrial Equipment Technician! We're seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Industrial Equipment Technician to join a growing team in Donora, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyor system, fabrication, or maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving in a fast-paced industrial environment. If you like building, fixing, and keeping systems running smoothly-this role is for you. What You'll Do- Assemble conveyor systems by lifting, aligning, and bolting components to structural frames
- Measure and assist with structural steel assemblies for proper fit and alignment
- Pull, stage, band, and package materials for shipment and distribution
- Safely operate hand tools and small power tools in an industrial setting
- Troubleshoot conveyor system issues and perform repairs as needed
- Replace worn or damaged mechanical components
- Support installation and upgrades of conveyor systems and equipment What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with conveyor systems, maintenance, or industrial assembly preferred
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
