Industrial Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Pay:

$23.00 - $33.00 per hour Job description: Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring an experienced Maintenance Electrician for our facility in Northeast Philadelphia, PA .

Pay:

$23-33/hr depending on experience . Guaranteed raises at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment. Day or Night Shift available What you'll be doing: Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and electrical systems. Industrial Maintenance / Industrial Mechanic work. Working with 120V, 240V, and 480V systems, including wiring, motors, circuit breakers, and control panels. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints for electrical maintenance. Installing and servicing electrical conduit, switches, and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running reliably. Diagnosing breakdowns and responding to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Using computers and maintenance software to document work and access technical information.

What we need:

1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical mechanic, maintenance mechanic, industrial mechanic or equivalent technical training. Hands-on experience with schematics, wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels. Familiarity with 120V and 240V electrical systems. Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical diagrams. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills for documentation and troubleshooting.
