Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks on various construction and manufacturing projects. Your expertise will ensure that all work meets safety standards, quality specifications, and project deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Perform assigned product manufacturing and or brazing responsibilities. Perform brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials. Clean, degrease, and properly prepare surfaces to be brazed, ensuring optimal adhesion. Assemble parts in preparation for brazing, ensuring components are aligned and properly fitted. Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and or system within the customer equipment. Fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment. Following drawings and schematics for dimensional requirement. Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process. Complete shop paperwork / records to ensure that equipment is being built in accordance with the manufacturing / customer requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Comply with the safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment. Work with your manufacturing lead and team to meet scheduled deadlines. Collaborate with various departments when necessary to provide the highest quality product to your customers. Suggest process improvements to enhance brazing efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of fabrication processes. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Knowledge of rigging procedures and crane operation safety protocols. Mechanical aptitude with experience in pipe threading, soldering, machining or ductwork fabrication. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards relevant to manufacturing or construction projects. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
