We are currently seeking a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to support the development of AI infrastructure hardware, data center systems, AI servers, and advanced structural components . As AI infrastructure continues to scale rapidly, high-performance hardware has become increasingly critical. At Weifeng, we are strongly focused on enabling next-generation AI data center infrastructure through precision manufacturing and engineering excellence. Weifeng Manufacturing is a leading provider of precision and advanced metal manufacturing solutions . Our production facilities are located in Guangdong and Jiangxi, China, and Phu Tho Province, Vietnam . We are seeking engineers who combine strong technical foundations in mechanical or manufacturing engineering with the ability to operate in a customer-facing, product-driven environment . This role is ideal for someone who understands how products are built in real-world manufacturing, and is equally comfortable engaging with customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving products from concept to mass production. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the end-to-end lifecycle of mechanical components , from concept validation through mass production, with a focus on precision structural parts. Serve as a technical liaison between internal engineering teams, manufacturing partners across Asia, and external customers. Collaborate with clients to define product requirements, ensuring alignment across design feasibility, cost targets, and manufacturing capabilities. Support business development teams by providing technical input during customer meetings, RFQs, and project scoping discussions. Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering and manufacturing plans, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) evaluations. Apply hands-on knowledge of precision manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, metal forming, die casting, and surface finishing. Support pricing and cost analysis through material evaluation, process optimization, and competitive benchmarking. Lead or support New Product Introduction (NPI) , ramp-up execution, and factory readiness activities. Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and evolving requirements in the AI infrastructure industry. This job description is not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, preferably within an OEM or manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. Strong proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks , PTC Creo , or equivalent platforms. Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) . Willingness to travel to manufacturing partners and customer sites as required. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
