By leveraging your technical expertise in wiring and component integration, you will ensure every unit meets rigorous quality benchmarks and contributes to our commitment to engineering excellence. Responsibilities Execute the full-cycle assembly of complex heating and cooling equipment. Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to guide precise component placement. Perform critical electrical tasks including point-to-point wiring and secure crimping. Utilize induction brazing techniques to ensure structural and thermal integrity. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that finished products align with performance standards. Maintain a high-functioning, organized workspace to optimize production flow. Manage physical components and equipment, including lifting tasks up to 50 lbs. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical assembly environment. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and applying complex blueprints and schematics. Proven ability to perform electrical wiring and brazing processes. Successful completion of assessments regarding shop math and precise measurement tools. Preferred Skills Prior experience with HVAC or similar climate control unit manufacturing. Advanced knowledge of electrical circuit assembly. Strong commitment to lean manufacturing and workplace safety protocols.
