The Apprentice provides the best possible support by assisting with all aspects of repair/service planning. This position will allow the team member to gain insight to the production processes in our shops (Assembly/Body/Paint). The apprenticeship will expose the team member to all levels in the organization in order to assist in building a resume that will allow the individual to become competitive in the job market.Responsibilities:
Improve transparency of project-related action items Develop and track useful KPIs Feasibility analysis of optimization projects Coordinate project steps with plant operations Prepare meeting agendas and minutes Assist where needed at the department All other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications:
- Minimum HSD/GED required.
- Must be currently working towards a relevant Associate's degree, or relevant certificate program, or have already graduated within the last 12 months.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Analytical thinking, ability to work systematically and independently
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- German language is a plus but not a requirement
- Applicants should be eager, driven, focused, hard-working individuals that are ready to assist a growing company
- Should be willing to learn and be taught skills from experienced members of the team
