Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities:
(- denotes essential functions as defined by ADA)Follow all plant safety and environmental policiesMaintain an organized workspaceMonitor operations and perform adjustments as necessary to ensure quality productionTroubleshoot and analyze equipment problemsInitiate corrective actions to improve quality and equipment effectivenessRepair or replace defective machine components, such as solenoids, valves, and cylindersPerform line and machine changeoversOptimize processes to reduce set-up timeAchieve expected production quantities to ensure customer goals are obtainedComplete assigned technical training to support personal growth and developmentCollaborate with Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers, and area

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with supervision and other personnel
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environment
- Demonstrates self-initiative
- Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, print-reading and mechanics
- Must demonstrate mechanical proficiency, leadership ability, and teamwork
- Must be willing to work on alternate shifts and must demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes Qualified candidates often have experience in roles such as: Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Setup Technician, Equipment Technician, or similar positions.
