As we continue to grow, we are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our production team in Pickens, SC. Position Summary Bridge Brothers is hiring a Decking Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of bridge decking systems and related bridge components in our fabrication facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience who enjoys working with tools and being part of a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with backgrounds in carpentry, framing, construction, general labor, assembly, manufacturing, fencing, decking, or installation work are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install bridge decking materials and components Use hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, and other shop equipment safely Read tape measures and follow layouts or shop instructions Assist with bridge assembly, material movement, and final fit-up Work closely with fabrication and production teams to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety and quality standards Support additional production and shop activities as needed Qualifications Basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a physically active shop environment Forklift or material handling experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Bridge Brothers?
