Job Description

Maintenance Tech III - Keep Things Running & Power the Plant! Are you the kind of person who can hear a machine and know exactly what's wrong? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your skills keep operations moving 24/7? We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Tech III who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment—someone who takes pride in keeping things running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do (Your Impact) You'll be the go-to expert making sure production never skips a beat: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems ️ Maintain and troubleshoot plastic extrusion equipment, cranes, and facility systems Perform preventive maintenance and complete detailed inspections Read and interpret mechanical & electrical drawings to pinpoint issues ️ Log and track work through maintenance systems as issues arise Champion a safe, clean, and organized workspace (5S mindset) Operate equipment like forklifts and assist with plant operations Support and mentor Maintenance Tech I & II team members Use all your senses—if something looks, sounds, or smells off… you investigate! What You Bring We're looking for someone who's both technically strong and ready to lead: ✅ Electrical license (required) ✅ Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple systems ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Comfortable in a 24/7 industrial environment (including nights/weekends as needed) ✅ Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain) ✅ Safety-first mindset (OSHA training required) Bonus Points (Top-Tier Skills) Want to stand out? These will take you to the top of the list: 10+ years in blown film extrusion maintenance PLC programming experience (Siemens, ABB, etc.) Experience on Emergency Response or Safety Teams Hazardous material handling certification (TDG or equivalent) Basic Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2-3+ years in manufacturing or maintenance (more experience = big plus!) Ability to read/write English and follow production procedures Comfortable working in a plant environment (heat, movement, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs) Able to move throughout the facility and work at heights when needed Why This Role? Pay Details:
