Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for converting raw material into sub-assemblies and finished products. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will: Read work orders, follows production drawings, and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Position and align parts in specified relationship to each other in fixtures or other holding devices.
Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit, or perform other operations to join or secure parts in place using hand tools, power tools, air tools, machines, and equipment.
Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases/cabinets and attaches hardware.
Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, and mixing chemicals.
Perform testing and inspection and other testing procedures using measuring devices and electronic test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Compare results with specifications and record test data as required
Analyzes test results on defective units to determine the cause of failure.
May perform assembly/inspection operations under microscope or other devices.
