In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet quality standards and operational specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and working with programmable logic controllers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes while developing technical expertise in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assemble electromechanical components according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Perform soldering tasks utilizing surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole methods in compliance with IPC 610 standards Test electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters, calipers, and power tools to verify functionality and quality Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to establish accurate electrical connections Maintain and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal system performance Conduct mechanical assembly using hand tools, machining equipment, and mechanical knowledge Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all stages of assembly and testing Document procedures, test results, and maintenance activities accurately for quality assurance Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
