In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, customizing, and maintaining firearms with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each firearm meets safety standards, functional requirements, and customer specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship, mechanical knowledge, and technical skills come together to produce exceptional results. Duties Disassemble, repair, modify, and assemble firearms according to manufacturer specifications and customer requests Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to perform precise modifications Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide repairs and customizations Conduct machining operations such as barrel threading, plasma cutting, and sheet metal fabrication to create or repair firearm components Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure accuracy Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout all stages of firearm maintenance and modification Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving assembly, rigging, or mechanical adjustments Keep detailed records of work performed for quality control and warranty purposes Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments involving heavy machinery and fabrication processes Proficiency in TIG welding, milling machine and lathe operations Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Experience with sheet metal work, ductwork fabrication, pipe threading, and assembly processes Ability to operate power tools such soldering equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during fabrication tasks Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in firearm assembly and repair Join our team to craft firearms that meet the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship!
