$30-$40/hour DOE Position Overview A growing industrial services company in North Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic / Millwright to join their team. This is a hands-on mechanical role supporting equipment installation, machinery rebuilds, conveyor systems, rotating equipment maintenance, welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance projects at industrial customer facilities throughout the region. The ideal candidate has experience working in industrial environments and is comfortable performing mechanical installations, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance while working safely and efficiently alongside a team of experienced industrial mechanics and millwrights. Candidates with experience in millwright work, conveyor systems, rotating equipment, material handling equipment, field service, industrial maintenance, equipment installation, or industrial shutdown projects are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical systems Align, assemble, disassemble, and rebuild industrial equipment Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and rotating equipment Support equipment installations and mechanical projects at industrial customer facilities Diagnose mechanical failures and perform preventative maintenance Utilize hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and precision measuring instruments Assist with welding, cutting, and metal fabrication projects as needed Follow direction from Job Leads and Project Managers Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures Travel to customer job sites as required Complete projects safely, efficiently, and within project timelines Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Field Service Technician, Mechanical Installer, or Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial environment Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery preferred Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience using industrial hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings preferred Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments Valid Driver's License required Must be willing and able to travel to customer job sites as needed Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly Ability to safely operate tools and industrial equipment Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying industrial environments Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Ongoing Training and Advancement Opportunities Apply Today Express Employment Professionals - North Fort Worth 6635 Sandshell Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76137
