Job Description

Overview Our Hose Now shop is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hydraulic Cylinder Specialist to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. At Hose Now we make new, repair & rebuild hydraulic hoses and cylinders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with various tools and machinery. This role is essential in supporting the production process and ensuring that operations run smoothly within our facility. Preferably with welding and lathe experience. Responsibilities
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HYDRAULIC HOSES AND CYLINDERS, REPAIRS/NEW BUILDS.
Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring quality standards are met. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing facility. Qualifications
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOSE REPAIRS/NEW BUILDS
; pay is based on experience.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WELDING
Experience with LATHE is highly preferable. Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly processes and manufacturing operations. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks within the shop.
