NO es trabajo de nómina. Es contratista 1099 — tú manejas tus propios impuestos, traes tu propia herramienta y tu propia transportación. EN QUÉ
VAS A TRABAJAR
  • Trocas semi, end dumps, dry vans, flatbeds
  • Skid steers
  • Equipo del molino de alimento (feed mill)
  • Compresores

This is NOT a payroll position. This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you handle your own taxes, bring your own tools, and provide your own transportation.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
  • Semi trucks, end dumps, dry vans, flatbeds
  • Skid steers
  • Feed mill equipment
  • Compressors
  • Other plant equipment as needed
HOW IT WORKS
  • Hours as needed — we call you when there's work
  • Flexible schedule
  • Pay is negotiable, based on your experience
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Real experience repairing heavy trucks and equipment
  • Your own tools
  • Your own truck or vehicle to get here
  • Ability to work on-site at our plant
